Cancellation Fee Policy
- Less than 24 hours and more than 3 hours notice of Cancellation incurs a fee of $60
- Less than 3 hours notice of Cancellation incurs full fee of $110
- Non-Attendance (without notification) of an Initial Consultation incurs full fee of $120
- Non-Attendance (without notification) of a Subsequent Session incurs full fee of $110.
